Meg Murphy, Founding Advisor
Meg Murphy joined Harvard in September 2020 as a senior scientific writer and researcher, a position designed to advance public health initiatives and messaging both internally and externally.
Before joining Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, Meg served as a senior writer at Boston Children’s Hospital and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She has also worked in media relations at Harvard University’s Weatherhead Center for International Affairs and Bentley University. She started her career as a journalist and wrote for several New England daily newspapers, including the Boston Globe. Meg holds a bachelor of arts from the University of Toronto and a master of science from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism.
